Rhythm of the Heart Workshop

Release, express and dance!

Rhythm of the Heart movement class is designed to engage participants in finding a connection between the physical body and the emotional self.

Through the development of body awareness, mastery of breath, and free flowing movement, you will get in touch with your true self, tone the body, and experience the sheer joy of dance.

The 90 minute class consists of a sharing introduction, during which each participant shares “what’s on their heart”, an extensive warm-up to relaxing music, and “dancing emotion” exercises.
